Support Services provides a myriad of services including, but not limited to, energy/utility bill assistance, assistance related to education and employment expenses, summer youth program fee assistance and much more. WEATHERIZATION AND HOME OWNERSHIP
The CAPC Weatherization Assistance Program assists income eligible families and individuals by reducing their heating and cooling costs and addressing health and safety issues in their homes through energy efficiency measures. CAPC also assists qualified applicants with home ownership opportunities for new residential construction.
